We loved the hotel's serene atmosphere and appreciated the efforts of the staff to understand English. It was convenient that the hotel was located near the SAP and Technology Park, which we easily accessed via a 10-15 minute walk through the university. Additionally, it was the best that we could bring our furry friend with us, as the hotel is pet-friendly. Lastly, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, including the beautiful native flowers outside and the lovely downstair library.

great value. the hotel was just 1 mile from park zoo sapucaia do sul. it's worth staying here and exploring cristo rei district.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Its location is amazing and surrounded by great restaurant options. We enjoyed sipping cocktails and enjoying the lively atmosphere of the neighboring bars. the rooms are clean and spacious, with soft sheets and comfortable beds. the bathroom was modern, spotless and filled with luxurious toiletries. the breakfast had a wide variety of options, both hot and cold, and was served promptly by the attentive staff.
The noise from the nearby restaurant can be quite disruptive at night.

The hotel was located in a serene area that was surrounded by beautiful native flowers and plants. I loved the fact that I could bring my furry friend with me on my vacation. The hotel staff were very accomodating and friendly, making an effort to understand our needs.
There were a few things that could have been better. Firstly, the bed sheets had a slight tinge of bad odor, and it would have been great if they were changed more frequently. Secondly, the breakfast could have been improved to offer more variety. Nonetheless, considering the current situation we are facing, we are grateful for the service we received.

The hotel had great amenities, including a library and beautiful outdoor plants and native flowers. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel is pet-friendly, so we could bring our furry friend along. The location was great, as it was close to the technology park and a short walk through the university. The staff was accommodating and friendly, making an effort to understand our English. a great stay that exceeded our expectations.
There were a few areas for improvement. The breakfast could be improved, and we had hoped for daily room service.
